[Dx-qsl] need help with a couple of oldies

F6KSE is a military radio club that doesn't seem to exist anymore. I emailed a few people from Dijon and hopefully I'll get an answer as to whether that club is still alive...
 
As for J28FD, that's F5LBM who used to be FR5FD. He's back to France now and his address is:

I got an email yesterday for his operation as FR5FD and he replied within 24 hours to my request. Check his call FR5FD on qrz.com to get his email address.
