[Dx-qsl] Postage from Germany to USA and others

I am a QSL-manager and  received very often requests from USA, VE and other
countries outside Europe with 1 (one) USD for return postage.
Sorry but all theese request are answering via Bureau !
I you didn't receive your answer within 1-2 weeks, your postage was not
enough for sending direct. Pse ask in your incomming Bureau.

Pse note:
The postage for all countries outside Europa will be 2 US-$. 1 (one) IRC
will be OK !
1 USD (or 1 IRC)  is enough ONLY for postage from Germany into European
countries
