[Dx-qsl] Turkmenistan help needed

Not only may he be a pirate, but he is a QSLing pirate. I have one of his
cards which I am ready to submit for Turkmenistan. I had previously
sumitted EZ9MA which they declared was not Turkmenistan, but likely
Asiatic Russia (Omsk). I got the EZ9MA with considerable help from Joe
Arcure, W3HNK who is a personal friend of his QSL manager UA9LM. It cost
me a few bucks and a lot of time and trouble to get that one, and now it
looks like it is no good. I have only worked those 2 EZ's, so it now
looks like I have to find another. Are you sure that EZ7ST is a pirate??
