[Dx-qsl] 30 meters

Dear friends!

Please read this and try to spread the message to your
friends, to DX-bulletins, clubs etc.

I'm fieldchecking DXCC and have had to reject
some cards which had no indication of 30 meters,
the applicant says it's 30 meters but I can't see
that on the card if it's written

    Band 10

Is this 10 meters or 10 MHz?     No way I can tell.

Please use either 30 meters, 10.1 MHz, 10 meters
and 28 MHz.=20
