Now might be a good time to try SpotCollector, which is free.

SpotCollector captures DX and WWV spots from DX Summit, up to 4 telnet
clusters, and a local packetcluster (via a serial-port connected TNC);
it is thus immune to service dropouts from individual spot sources.
Spots are placed in a database that you can view, filter, and query in
real time. Spots of the same DX station on or around the same frequency
are combined into a single database entry showing "first heard" and
"last heard" times. New spot database entries can be announced via your
soundcard. You can filter the database display for callsign, dxcc
entity, band, mode, continent, or the origin of the spotting station.
SpotCollector always displays the most recent WWV numbers, and maintains
a daily history of the last month's WWV numbers that it can display as a
chart. A built-in web server lets you view the most recent spot database
entries and WWV numbers from any computer on your home network.

SpotCollector can run independently, but when it detects other members
of the freeware DXLab Suite it automatically interoperates with them. It
will display spots on DXView's world map, and use Commander to QSY your
transceiver to a selected spot's frequency and mode (including the most
recent split reported in the spot notes). If DXKeeper is running,
SpotCollector will color code spots to reflect the degree to which
they're needed to achieved your DXing objectives. Double-clicking on a
PSK31, PSK63, or RTTY spot will automatically direct WinWarbler to QSY
your transceiver for an optimal audio offset and begin demodulating in
the appropriate mode at that offset.

SpotCollector and all other DXLab applications are available via
www.qsl.net/dxlab .

        Dave, AA6YQ
