[Dx-qsl] CY9A correction!

According to info gleaned from another mailing list, the cards haven't
arrived at N5VL's from Europe yet, although they should be arriving soon.
That said, three months is really to soon to expect a QSL card back from a
sizeable DX-pedition. I don't usually even send my requests out until 4 or 5
months after then end of the operation. This is the only thing in life I can
seem to have any patience with.
