[Dx-qsl] J79 Cards

Is anyone having difficulty receiving a card from any J7 operator?

Since late 2002 I have worked the following J7 (Dominica) stations and
haven't been able to get a card from any of them   (managers in
parentheses):

11/25/02 J79JRC (W4IX) 24.937 at 1255Z

1/17/03 J79AK 14.195 at 0231Z

1/17/03 J79AK 28.495 at 1607Z

1/25/03 J79RJ (DJ7RJ) 24.950 at 1512Z

Only the 12 meter cards are really that important because I need about
15 to finish 12m DXCC.
