[Dx-qsl] LC1PCT ?

Has anybody on either reflector rec'd a card from LC1PCT ? I worked this one
on 6 meters and the address on QRZ is nil and Buckmaster is a little vague. I
sent mine to the Buckmaster address however and got no response.

Sure would like to get this one for a new grid so if you have rec'd this 
one what
is the return address on the card or where did you send it to ??
