[Dx-qsl] OY QSL's have been mailed

All direct QSL's of the last LLDXT trip to OY have been mailed today. I
currently have no backlog of direct cards. I still receive direct cards
without contribution and/or SASE, they will be sent via the Buro.
Registered letters with QSL's are NOT collected at the Post Office so
contact me by e-mail IN ADVANCE so I can give you another address. All
QSL rules can be found on our web-site.
