[Dx-qsl] LT1F/L71F cards

I apologize to all that were awaiting LT1F and /or L71F cards. I have =
been waiting abt 3 months for  printed cards paid for and purchased from =
UA3AA. No cards have arrived. In the meantime, I ordered cards from =
UX5UO which arrived in 2 weeks and all request for L71F and LT1F have =
been answered. Still awaiting LQ7D cards from UA3AA
