Nobody gave me any advice in the last three days so I will try it again:

Who QSLed EY7AD successful?

in BUCKMASTER 
EY7AD has a street-address

in QRZ.COM
EY7AD has a POBOX and ask for registered mail

Because registered mail is a $7.00 investment from here, I like to know WHO 
was succesful to receive a EY7AD QSL card.
Did you use REGISTERED?
What address did you use?
What did you include for return postage?
