[Dx-qsl] ARRL STATUS

I have QSLs rejected for ARRL in my last aplication. April 03
In order to solve this problem I have alternatives QSL but I dont
know if there are going to rejected by ARRL again

Please if you have sent this QSLs to ARRL without problems in your applications
please informe me
