[Dx-qsl] IRCS - new ones, old ones

First, do not send me money, and not to the address below, before I confirm that I still have IRCs available...but here we go:

I have a variety of IRCs available......sort of like the ice cream flavor of the day....

Flavor 1:  New style IRCs, stamped in the correct box, 25 for $30.

Flavor 2:  New style IRCS, UNSTAMPED.  Note that these are, per the writing on the IRC, valid, as the IRC states that the postmark is 'optional' (in French).  However, some folks have claimed difficulty in using these.  As a result, these are 25 for $25.

Flavor 3:  old style IRCs, correctly stamped, all airmail.  These are 25 for $23.75.  

All include shipping anywhere in the USA.  I'll ship to DX stations with a bit of help on the postage.
