[Dx-qsl] Bounced QSL story

This one's interesting.

Somehow, a QSL that I sent to CU9D in July of 2002 (sent in August) was 
liberated from its envelope before delivery. with no postage on my card, it 
found its way back to me with the address circled on the upper-right corner 
of the back side of the card. It was crinkled and rumpled but otherwise 
intact. Haven't decided whether to re-send <grin>.
