[Dx-qsl] 5R8FK last ditch effort ?

Good Afternoon,
         I am looking for anybody that might know where Ray Shankweiler 
moved to ? I
worked him as 5R8FK and did not receive the card and even though all 
sources say
to send to NY3N, it is to no avail as he no longer lives there.

         My guess is he moved to Europe or even back to 5R land ?

         Any help will certainly be appreciated as I am about to delete 
this one from
the log.
