To avoid over whelming the DXCC Desk I can tell you that as of yesterday
they have not received any paperwork from TX0AT.  In fact they have
requested paper work twice.  Also no one I know has received any TX0AT
cards.

Word from various sources is that the TX0AT group have still failed to
send
the required paperwork to the DXCC desk, so they're still in "pending"
mode.
(But you should ask NC1L at the DXCC desk directly for the official word
on
that)

Haven't heard of anyone getting a QSL card from them yet either.

I wonder what's going on?
