I have gotten two QSLs from him, the latest with a very quick turn around.
The first was about 7 months, but the most recent, for 12 and 17 metre
contacts, was sent Feb. 26th and received March 23rd. Just about one month.
Sent $1 and my card inside a return security envelope, inside the outgoing
envelope and sealed with packing tape. About as good as it can get without
going registered.

On the other hand, I've had the same frustrations getting anything out of
ER2QQ and a few other Moldovan hams (where some have gotten cards from them
in weeks). I've tried 1GS, 2GS, IRCs and mint stamps...nada.

Shrug.

It took a DL station portable in Moldova to finally get it off my Most
Wanted list <grin>.
