[Dx-qsl] Need QSL route for JT1CS

Folks:
I need a qsl route for JT1CS.  I've found information that the mgr is =
either JR0CGJ or JR1CGJ.  JR0CGJ is in qrz.com while JR1CGJ is not.  =
I've sent an several emails to JR0CGJ with no reply as well as a card =
with IRC.  Has anyone got some updated information on this on?
