I just want to add a personal touch to what Ron and Joe have said.  I've personally met Brett on many occasions when I traveled to Hong Kong in the 80's and 90's on business.  I've carried some signifcant equipment to him to help him build up his QTH.  I can personally tell you he's a heckuva guy....and a great contester who also happens to be a hard working guy.  The first comment is my read on his character, and the very harsh negative comments here are not, in my opinion, warranted.  The second comment should tell you he deals with a LOT of QSLs and he generates a LOT of QSOs.  The third comment should tell you that he has a life outside of radio, and last few times we communicated via email, I know it's very busy for him on the employment front.  Plenty of folks have gotten cards from Brett...so if you've not, you might look in the mirror to see what you've done differently...and perhaps caused the problem yourself.  It may be just a issue of time...I'd refer you to Ron's comments.   But resist taking a shot at Brett.....it's not warranted.
