Brett has mentioned on more than one occasion his requirements for handling
QSL cards. I remember turning one of these posts into a newsletter article,
since it detailed some of the headaches he has to deal with on his end.
Try emailing him first. [email protected] is the last email address I have
for him. And he was, at least for awhile, a member of this reflector, so be
advised that he is reading everything mentioned.
I've talked (ok, emailed) Brett many times, and he always seems like a
reasonable fellow. So I'd strongly suggest talking to him before making any
snap judgements.

Hey...
A lot of you fellows are awfully hard on Graham....I find him a very
personable person and a reasonable qsler for as many requests he gets. Im
NOT his qsl mgr and he doesnt want one, so please dont start a rumor Im
handling his cards....if its worth a buck I'll be happy to supply ircs to
him for anyone who needs his card!
