[Dx-qsl] VR2BG & VR2MY suggesions?

Sometimes QSL's don't make it to their destinations.  Even I have been
accused of "shunning" requests that I have NEVER received in the first
place viaburo, or even direct!  One try does not a problem make!  GL !!!
