I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who missed those!  At least I have
caught up with most of the new enities which were created during my
periods of inactivity in the 80's and 90's.  Some of these took several
tries (both buro and direct).  Last year, I finally received
confirmations from TA and SV more than 20 years after my initial
contacts with those countries. Persistence and patience are certainly
required in the QSL chase.
