[Dx-qsl] VR2BG & VR2MY suggesions?

Any tips, tricks, whips, chains, suggestions, flames or otherwise to get a 
card from either VR2BG or VR2MY?  I see in my logs that I've sent via the 
buro to VR2BG for QSOs several years ago, but no reply.

I seem to recall discussion about these two but don't recall that much 
about it.  I worked both of these in the past couple of days on 40M and 
would really like to confirm one (or both) of them on that band.
