[Dx-qsl] additional inspectors

My apologies for that message to this reflector.  It was supposed to go to 
another group for which it WAS appropriate, That's one of the problems with 
hitting the "reply" button.  Sometimes they reply to that which you dont 
intend.  And in this case I believe I selected an address out of the address 
book, and this reflectors address is right next to the intended one.  In fact 
I just attempted to send to "reply all" and your address is the only one that 
popped up, and not dx-qsl address, so dont know why.
