I've only had luck with Epson and Lexmark TOP LOADING printers.
Bottom feed like HP have been poor performers.

But I use a Epson C80 and do exactly that.
I print directly onto the my qsl card.
and
In the case of the stations I manage, I print the whole cared, qso info and
all.

But remember, Printer ink is expensive, so keep that in mind.

Question.........
Can most of the inkjet printers out here today print on 3x5 postcards? I
would like to stack 5-10 at a time in a desk top printer and have it feed
them through.  I am thinking  of purchasing one of the new HP low price
printers
