[Dx-qsl] FY5KE question

I think I erred in the qsl route for FY5KE.
My log showed F6FVY as the manager but I've been informed that is incorrect.
I may have jotted down some wrong info.

I just double checked the envelope that my qsl came in and it shows no
return address as I had supplied a SAE.
It is postmarked France but that's the best I can tell you.

Sorry for the misinformation.
