Funny you should ask!  I just recieved this one about 3 days ago with the
help of YV1DIG.

Paul was part of this expidition and helped me confirm my Qs.  While he is
not the manager,  perhaps an email to him would be the first step.  I hope
he doesn't mind me sharing this information.  ;-)
