To all:
Lately we have had this thread go on (and on and on) regarding "Extra Lites"
vs. "Extra Whatevers." This is decidedly off-topic and is getting
acrimonious as well. As an Extra who passed 20 wpm over a decade ago, I say
to all: "GET OVER IT." It is what it is.

I hear plenty of ops who have been licensed for MANY MANY years acting like
complete lids as much (or more) than some of the folks who are relative
newbies.

With our bands being under constant attack from commercial interests, let's
TRY to get along. If you need to fight for something, why not fight to
protect what we now have before we lose it.
