There is no such a thing as a "no code extra" They all know code just not 
at as hi a speed as they used to have to know it.

Knowing code at 20wpm does not guarantee a good operator. There are plenty 
of operators who can copy/send code at the speed of light and are jerks on 
the air, of course most of them are jerks off the air as well. It has more 
to do with their overall character then it does with the speed at which 
they can copy code.
