[Dx-qsl] P5/4L4FN's next station

Looks l ike the brain seizures that prevent learning 5 WPM code also prevents learning the procedures needed to work DX.  What's next, demanding QSO credit  for stations they didn't work because the same brain seizures are a disability and they should be given credit because they tried to make contact.
