Worked Vlad (5W0VB) for a new one on 40 meters CW.  I understand the route is to UA4WHX (Vlad's home call?)  Have some of you had success in sending a qsl to UA4WHX with return postage?  Sure wish he had a manager that could receive mail safely :-)  Ideas appreciated.
