Thanks for all the responses!

To summarize, many of you have received cards direct
in 2003. Others received them via buro after
sending green stamps.

I guess I'll give it one more try with the "clandestine envelope".

I'm still puzzled I got no response from the registered letter.
I enclosed $5 (for 7 band-countries). Maybe I'll find some
in my next buro pack......
