[Dx-qsl] getting MY sent qsl's in the mail

Hi 

I also received cards back I sent to outgoing buro this past week. 
Card for UK9.  Sent to buro Sept. 2001.  I know ARRL received them,
they cashed my check.   Sept 2001 that almost two years!
