[Dx-qsl] getting MY sent qsl's in the mail

Bill,

I'd guess that a box that the league had sent to that bureau broke open in shipment...rather than ur shipment to them....based on the timing, etc.

I once sent a large package to the PY bureau, in a bubble envelope. Over the course of the next year, each XX9X card I had sent came back to me.....not on one day, but over a few months....the reason it had come back is the operators had put my QSL address on the card.

What was strange, was the duration over which the cards would show...it was kinda like they were recoevered in various post offices, etc.

Needless to say, all of my bureau mailings go in a box...but as I know the league does that, maybe that isn't bulletproof
