[Dx-qsl] OM2SA & Qsl Cards

   I wonder if anyone has any news about OM2SA of recent
date.  I sent for a card twice for a qso on CW with KM9D/
KH8 on November 8, 2002 (and a couple of stations he also
manages since then around the first part of 2003) and have
received no responses.  This is very uncharacteristic of
this manager as he is usually fairly prompt with the stations
he manages.  I have received every card I ever asked for
from him and usually in 2/3 months at most.  I am beginning
to wonder if he has had health problems or something serious
happened to him that has restricted his qsling efforts, apart
from seeing several messages here from folks who have
sent cards in the last 8 months or so.  Does anyone have
any information?  I don't like to submit additional cards,
which mean more work for him, if it is unnecessary, much
less which increase the cost of a response considerably.
