[Dx-qsl] Speaking of DXCC credit...

I asked the YI1BGD question as my card was also rejected for "Documents
Pending".  It was with YI1BGD, for a 02/11/03 QSO.  The operation as I
understood it was out of the Czech Republic Embassy.  If no documents have
been submitted, then thisdoes not look good.    KI6T
