I worked 'Yuri' on several bands but never got a QSL. I eventually
worked another station on all bands but 80 meters. For that one, I've
tried three times direct with no luck. I even tried via Sweden on the
address. I've used green stamps, IRCs and Latvian stamps on the reply.
I've also sent three cards to the bureau. The guy does not QSL. Don't
waste your money.
