[Dx-qsl] 9L's Good For DXCC?

I'm pretty sure that has been acceptable 9L qsl's for DXCC.

But if you gave the 9L callsigns, it would be easier to determine if that
particular operation was acceptable or not.
right off the top of my head, I think:
9L1AB
9L1BTV
9L1JT
were acceptable...
