[Dx-qsl] OQRS - Online QSL Request System for latest LLDXT OY DX-pedition

As an experiment I have enabled OQRS (by DF3CB) for our last OY
DX-pedition. If you have worked us and want to register a Buro card
without sending one you can register the QSO(s) at
http://www.qsl.net/lldxt/oy_2003/ in the Logs section.

By using OQRS a QSL manager has less work to do and you will get your
buro card faster. If you have already submitted a QSL card via the buro
don't register again!
