Way to go Tony.  That will sure clear up the problem and of course it will
not be biased.  And all the possibilities of the manager not even receiving
the requests will be verified first before having you put their call on your
list.  That way we can be sure that the manager did receive your request but
clearly ignored it and pocketed the money and threw away your card.  Right
....

Let's not get into the "Black Balling" of any ham again.  At least not on
this reflector.  It's just not the thing to do.  There are too many other
possible reasons for no return card Tony.  Try a little more patience, maybe
it will come through.  Good luck.
