[Dx-qsl] QSL - D2EB

       I have been asked to compile a database of stations who have sent
       IRCs/ greenbacks, etc., to I3LLH, QSL manager for D2EB, over the
       past few years, and not received a reply.

       Before I start, will anyone who has received a D2EB QSL
       please make the information public, and let us in on the secret.
