Yes, the stated exchange rates are true. But I stated, 1$ may not be sufficient
funds for postage from Canada to countries other than the US.
.80 from Canada to the US (1USD should be sufficient)
1.40 from Canada to other countries. (1USD may not be sufficient)
Now I have been advised that Canadians must pay 7% federal tax plus 7.5%
provence tax, for a total of 1.60 CAD to countries other than the US come
January 12, 2004.
