Canada
Effective 12 Jan 2004, Canada will increase it's rates as follows:

Canada to Canada will increase from .48 to .49
Canada to the US will increase from .65 to .80
Canada to all other countries will increase from 1.25 to 1.40

As of 25 July 2003, 1USD = 1.38 CAD. Unless the USD picks up on the
foreign exchange between now and January 2004, 1 USD will be a little
short for sufficient postage from Canada to countries other than the US.

Uruguay increased it's rates on July 1, 2003. Postage to the US and and
other countries went from 24 peso to 36 peso. (Don't know about the rate
to other SA countries) The present exchange rate is 1USD = 27 Peso, so
1$ is not enough for return postage anymore.

The price of DX is going up.
