[Dx-qsl] CO3JK and CM6RCR QSL Routes?

CM6RCR was very active on 30 and 160 CW until last May. I worked him on both
bands. Sent SASE and after a year didn't receive anything. Resent registered
last Jan with SASE + $. I got his signed receipt, but still waiting for the a
reply. He wouldn't answer email sent to the address in QRZ.

I asked this list earlier if anyone had any luck with this station. The
replies didn't come pouring in with people saying they got his card. In fact,
I only got 2 replies. One op in Norway said he received QSL, but didn't give
any details. (Direct or bureau sent, direct or bureau received, and how long
it took) The other reply was from a stateside station who said he tried
"every trick in the book" and couldn't get a card.
