[Dx-qsl] 9K2USA?

i vaguely remember something recently about someone trying to clear up the 
9K2USA qsl situation, but i can't find it anywhere.  i find i never received my 
12 meter qsl and sure would like to get it.

is 9k2ra the way to go?

any help?
