[Dx-qsl] A question to WA2FIJ

I was wrong sending him the OH0/N0AFW's qsl card but into the same
envelope there were also the qsl cards for:
V59T/P FEB 1995 and
V59T    OCT 1996

Was not WA2FIJ the qsl manager ??
