[Dx-qsl] help with LZ0A and 7X4AN KM9D/KH8

Hi,
 
Trying to clear up some old 40 meter CW qso.  Any luck with getting a qsl recently from 7X4AN.  Sent back in December last year with SAE and $2.
 
ALSO - I remember the saga with LZ0A but anyone have an idea how to get a cfm now? I worked him on 9 Dec 2002.  Any help appreciated.
 
Lastly, anyone hear from or know KM9D ?  I worked him /KH8 on 9 Nov 2002 and no success in correspondence.
