Has anyone had any luck with this one? He was very active on 30 and 160,
but last spotted 15 May of this year. I worked him Jan 2001 and got no
reply for a direct QSL. I sent again registered Jan 2002 and still
waiting for what will be my last two bands needed for Cuba. He didn't
answer my emails. If anyone received anything from him, please answer
the following:

Did you send direct or bureau?
Did you receive direct or bureau?
How long did it take?
