[Dx-qsl] CE0ZIS - qsling experience?

Hi,=20
I got 2 cards from Eliazar. One (the old paper card) from a hearing in Nov=20
99, and
one (a very nice photo QSL !)  from a hearing in May 2002. One USD and a SAE
were used. No problems from my side to get his QSL. Hope it helps.
