Hi Art,

My experience has been to use both.  I typically put Yugoslavia followed by 
Serbia-Montenegro in parenthesis.  This seems to keep our postal system 
happy as well as the EU system.  I've read where the USPS gets a little 
picky if you use Yugoslavia these days.  So far to date, this has worked 
with every request I've sent to Hrane.

As a side note, Hrane even included my (unsolicited) 3D2CY qsls in my 
request for K1B!  Now that's going out of his way to confirm a completely 
different operation at the same time as K1B, without me even asking.  So 
kudos to Hrane and his exemplary job as a manager.
